About the role
The Surveys Manager will lead the design, deployment and analysis of organisational surveys, ensuring they align with the company’s values, objectives and strategic priorities. Working closely with the Organizational Strategy team and key stakeholders, you will turn data into actionable insights that drive improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and structure surveys that reflect organisational values, objectives and strategic priorities.
- Coordinate survey roll‑out, monitor population and response rates, and follow up with teams to ensure participation.
- Analyse survey responses and produce clear, structured reports that combine quantitative results with qualitative insights.
- Synthesize findings into concise, leadership‑ready outputs highlighting key themes, strengths, gaps and improvement areas.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in survey design, data analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
