System Administrator – Dubai

About the role

The client in Dubai is seeking an experienced System Administrator to maintain and support the organization’s IT infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring system reliability, security, and performance across Windows Server environments, network services, and virtual platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments and overall IT infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure/Entra ID administration.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Configure and maintain network services such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
• Administer virtual environments using VMware and/or Hyper‑V.
• Ensure system security, perform backups, apply updates, and maintain operational reliability.
• Provide technical support and collaborate with internal teams to resolve IT issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a System Administrator.
• Currently available in the UAE preferred, with immediate joiners given advantage.

Required skills

• Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID.
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall technologies.
• VMware and/or Hyper‑V virtualization.
