T24 Business Analyst - Core Banking Transformation

About the role

The Business Analyst will work closely with the Lead Business Analyst to deliver analysis activities across a Core Banking Transformation programme. You will gather, document and analyse business requirements, support solution design and ensure alignment between business needs and technology delivery within a Temenos T24/Transact environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Lead Business Analyst in all analysis activities across the transformation workstreams.
• Facilitate and participate in business requirements workshops, capturing and documenting outcomes.
• Produce Business Requirements Documents, process flow diagrams, use cases and functional specifications for assigned modules.
• Analyse existing Temenos T24 (R18) processes, identify gaps and define changes for migration to newer platform versions.
• Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix to ensure end‑to‑end coverage.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Document BIAN‑aligned service domain requirements, including API contracts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience in core banking or large‑scale banking transformation programmes.
• Strong functional knowledge of Temenos T24/Transact modules such as Accounts, Lending, Money Markets, Funds Transfer and Payments.
• Understanding of the BIAN Service Domain Model and API‑first architecture principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and requirement‑management skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven communication and stakeholder‑management abilities in multicultural environments.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
