TA Sourcing Lead

About the role

EDGE, an advanced technology group headquartered in the UAE and based in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a TA Sourcing Lead. The role owns the company's sourcing channels, talent pools, pipelines and sourcing methodologies, and acts as subject matter expert on sourcing tools, talent signals, market intelligence and talent engagement. It delivers priority 1 strategic and business-critical sourcing, white-glove sourcing for senior roles, and priority 1 and escalated priority 2 technical and executive referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Own, develop and nurture enterprise sourcing channels, pipelines and modular talent pools across all EDGE clusters and entities, and deploy them group-wide.
• Own sourcing SLAs, KPIs and executive reporting.
• Lead delivery of complex priority and escalated sourcing assignments and provide white-glove sourcing and referral management for EDGE leadership.
• Define sourcing methodologies, channel strategies and tool standards, and lead proactive pipeline strategy for critical role families, including zero-day hiring.
• Partner with vendor management on OSP/RPO capacity planning and performance, and coach sourcing specialists.
• Drive sourcing improvements and contribute to enterprise-level TA projects, and deliver employer branding and value propositions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in talent acquisition sourcing across multiple channels (referral generation, deep talent research, prompt engineering, Boolean, AI tools, OSINT, sourcing signals).
• Proven delivery of business-critical sourcing assignments and experience partnering with OSP/RPO suppliers.
• Ability to coach and mentor others on sourcing, and experience managing executive stakeholders and project management.
• Preferred: experience designing sourcing playbooks, workforce planning and data exposure, leading enterprise projects, CRM experience, and long-term modular pipeline development.
