About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to join its Partner Program. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers in your network.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your HR and recruiting contacts and explain its value.
• Facilitate introductions and help prospects understand how the platform fits into their hiring workflow.
• Gather feedback from users to inform product improvements.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or consulting background.
• Active network of HR and talent acquisition contacts.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
