Talent Acquisition Expert – Crypto Sector

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Expert to lead recruitment for a top‑3 global cryptocurrency exchange. The role is based in Abu Dhabi (with optional presence in Kuala Lumpur) and focuses on building strategic talent partnerships across technical, business and leadership functions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for assigned business units, providing strategic hiring support and advisory.
• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for technical, business, leadership and specialist roles, developing proactive sourcing strategies and maintaining talent pipelines.
• Deliver market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity to inform workforce planning.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience and meet recruitment SLAs while managing multiple searches simultaneously.
• Drive continuous improvement of hiring processes and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience in an in‑house talent acquisition team or reputable search firm.
• Proven track record hiring for technical, business, leadership or specialist roles in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience in technology, fintech, digital platforms, financial services or cryptocurrency sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
