Talent Acquisition Lead

At KBR we are shaping the future of sustainable energy and complex engineering solutions. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to support hiring across our APS business, delivering high‑quality permanent recruitment across a range of disciplines and geographies in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for permanent roles across engineering, project management, commercial and functional disciplines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies and market approach.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insight on hiring trends and influencing stakeholder decisions.
• Provide guidance, mentoring and support to recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
• Drive efficient, compliant recruitment processes and produce data‑driven metrics using ATS tools.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Business or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of directly related recruitment experience, preferably in the Energy sector.
• Proven success recruiting technical and professional roles such as engineering, project management and commercial.
• Experience operating as a business partner and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior recruiters within a team environment.
• Strong direct‑sourcing and talent‑mapping capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruitment data.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office tools.
• CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
