Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

WSP is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end‑to‑end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will partner closely with business and project leaders to understand talent needs, deliver high‑quality hiring, and support nationalisation priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned business areas, from briefing to offer and mobilisation.
• Lead high‑volume, complex hiring for large‑scale projects, aligning with mobilisation timelines.
• Partner with leaders to translate workforce plans into actionable hiring strategies.
• Source senior, specialist and hard‑to‑find talent through targeted search, market mapping and referrals.
• Support and mentor Talent Acquisition team members, prioritising workloads and maintaining standards.
• Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout screening, interviews and feedback.
• Drive nationalisation goals by identifying and progressing local talent.
• Provide market insight on talent availability, salary expectations and recruitment challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong Talent Acquisition experience in a complex, fast‑paced, multicultural organisation.
• Proven end‑to‑end recruitment track record, including large‑scale project hiring.
• Experience in multidisciplinary consultancy environments (design, project, advisory, transportation).
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of regional talent markets and ability to translate insights into recruitment solutions.
• Proficiency with recruitment technology, systems and data analytics.
