Talent Acquisition Manager – Emiratisation (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Manager – Talent Acquisition Emiratisation will lead Mashreq’s strategy to attract, develop and retain UAE national talent. This role is responsible for building a sustainable pipeline of Emirati professionals across graduate, internship and senior levels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of the Emiratisation talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs for UAE nationals and create workforce plans to meet targets.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, market mapping and engagement initiatives to build a strong Emirati candidate pipeline.
• Design, launch and manage graduate development programs and internship schemes in collaboration with universities and government entities.
• Lead participation in career fairs, university events and national employer branding initiatives.
• Track, report and ensure compliance with Emiratisation KPIs and UAE labour regulations.

Required profile

• UAE national with proven experience in talent acquisition or HR recruitment.
• Strong understanding of Emiratisation policies and nationalization targets.
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills to monitor metrics and compliance.
