Talent Acquisition Manager – UAE Nationals

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment function for a real‑estate and property development organisation in Sharjah. The role focuses on attracting, assessing and hiring high‑quality talent across corporate, commercial, technical and real‑estate functions while supporting the Emiratisation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies for a wide range of functions, from development and engineering to finance and legal.
• Partner with business and Human Capital leaders to translate workforce plans into hiring actions.
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical, specialist and leadership positions, including senior‑management searches.
• Drive initiatives that increase UAE National hiring and develop talent pipelines.
• Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions and candidate onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, offer acceptance, cost) and report to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s or professional HR qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years progressive talent‑acquisition experience, preferably in a large, diversified organisation.
• Strong background in recruiting for real‑estate, construction, engineering or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success in Emiratisation and UAE‑National recruitment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS/HRMS platforms and recruitment dashboards.
• Experience using talent‑analytics and data‑driven recruitment techniques.
