Talent Acquisition Officer - Contracting

About the role

Transguard Workforce Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to join a client’s Abu Dhabi office. The role focuses on high‑volume recruitment, leveraging both traditional platforms and AI‑driven tools to source and close positions quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Source a large volume of CVs and manage challenging recruitment requirements.
• Close open positions within one month, regardless of role seniority.
• Utilise all recruitment platforms, including AI tools, to optimise candidate pipelines.
• Prepare and submit detailed recruitment reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with in‑house teams and, where applicable, contracting divisions.

Required profile

• Preferably an agency background with a proven track record of rapid placements.
• Experience in an in‑house setting, ideally with exposure to contracting or a holding company recruiting for multiple businesses.
• Ability to handle high‑volume hiring across various sectors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for recruitment.
• Strong command of multiple recruitment platforms.
• Capability to generate detailed recruitment reports.
