About the role
The company is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to lead overseas and bulk hiring campaigns across Asia, Africa and other international locations. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, operational and professional positions, supporting the company’s growth in the maritime logistics sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high‑volume overseas hiring projects.
- Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates for diverse roles.
- Coordinate expatriate recruitment activities and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to align workforce planning, hiring priorities and project timelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in high‑volume overseas recruitment, especially across Asia and Africa.
- Highly organized, proactive, energetic and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
