Talent Acquisition Partner – Agriculture & Agribusiness (Headhunter)

About the role

An experienced recruiter and headhunter is sought to lead talent acquisition for the agriculture and agribusiness sector. The role suits someone with a strong talent network, sharp sourcing skills and a track record of closing hard-to-fill positions. It is a 12-month contract, extendable, based in Abu Dhabi, with a salary of up to AED 10,000.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt mid-to-senior professionals through direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and your own network
• Use your existing candidate database and talent pool to deliver fast, quality shortlists
• Map competitors and the talent market across agri-inputs, farm machinery, food processing, dairy, agri-tech and allied sectors
• Screen candidates on skills, compensation, notice period and culture fit
• Manage the full hiring cycle: briefing, sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation and joining follow-up
• Maintain recruitment trackers and share regular MIS and pipeline updates
• Build long-term relationships with passive candidates

Required profile

• Solid sourcing skills (Boolean, X-ray, social and database sourcing)
• An existing candidate database or talent pool
• Proven headhunting experience with closed senior or niche mandates
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Experience in the agriculture or agribusiness sector
• Background in a recruitment agency or executive search firm
