About the role

Momentum Corporate Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic recruitment across its entertainment portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, delivering end‑to‑end hiring for mid‑to‑senior positions while supporting the company’s growth initiatives, including its joint venture with Fanatics Betting and Gaming.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid‑to‑senior roles across technology, product, and other business units.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring plans, role requirements, and interview processes.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, and talent communities.
• Support offer management, candidate closing, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the Greenhouse ATS and ensure compliance with recruitment governance.
• Provide market insights, talent availability data, and hiring timeline recommendations to leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering strategic recruitment for mid‑to‑senior positions, preferably in fast‑moving industries.
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions through data and market insight.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles.
