Talent Acquisition Specialist (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

Emirates Global Aluminium is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a one‑year contract to manage the development and training programmes for UAE national graduate and trainee cohorts. The role focuses on aligning learning initiatives with business needs and ensuring a high‑quality experience for participants.

Key responsibilities

• Identify development needs of Graduate Trainees and National Trainees after training programmes.
• Coordinate and monitor training delivery to meet competence levels set by target departments.
• Conduct regular review meetings to track progress and adjust development plans.
• Liaise with the EGA Scholarship team, business areas, and the Main Training Centre to manage work placements, internships, and familiarisation tours.
• Create Purchase Requisitions in SAP for approved external courses.
• Promote UAE national recruitment through career fairs and events.
• Resolve trainee concerns in partnership with business partners and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating training programmes for graduate and national trainees.
• Ability to work closely with management, mentors, and various business units.
• Strong organisational skills for handling multiple development initiatives.
