Talent Acquisition Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our recruitment function in Dubai. The successful candidate will own the full hiring cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent for a fast‑growing organization. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities for multiple vacancies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and professional networks.
• Screen and assess candidate suitability, coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate pipelines.
• Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle several openings simultaneously.
• Eligibility to work in the UAE and preference for dependent/spouse visa holders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Effective use of LinkedIn and other job portals for candidate sourcing.
