Talent Acquisition Specialist (Dubai)

About the role

Next Door Real Estate is seeking a full‑time Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its Dubai office. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience while supporting the company’s growth in the UAE real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: source, screen, interview and coordinate hiring decisions for multiple positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline and promote the employer brand across digital and offline channels.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth transition of new hires.
• Track recruitment metrics, generate reports and provide data‑driven insights to refine hiring strategies.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in full‑life‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening and closing candidates.
• Strong experience in hiring and interviewing, with the ability to assess skills, cultural fit and role suitability.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Effective use of LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for candidate sourcing.
