Talent Acquisition Specialist - Healthcare Recruitment

About the role

A proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist is sought to manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals and non-clinical staff. The role covers sourcing qualified medical professionals, coordinating with clinical departments and ensuring candidates meet the relevant UAE licensing and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and non-clinical staff.
• Source candidates through head hunting, job portals, referrals and healthcare networks.
• Coordinate with department heads and clinical managers to identify staffing needs and prepare job descriptions.
• Verify DHA, DOH or MOHAP licensing requirements with the relevant teams.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer approvals and employment offers within approved budgets.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
• Build talent pipelines for specialist doctors, nurses and other healthcare and admin roles.
• Work with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth joining formalities.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the healthcare industry in the UAE.
• Experience recruiting doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and healthcare support staff.
• Good understanding of UAE healthcare licensing processes and professional credential verification.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
