Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT & Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support TradeQuo Global’s IT and Sales hiring needs in Dubai. The role involves sourcing, screening and hiring qualified candidates while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and define selection criteria.
• Source candidates through career portals, job boards, social platforms and, when needed, print media.
• Manage the hiring process using electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Evaluate applications, conduct screening calls or emails, and facilitate pre‑interview assessments.
• Prepare interview questions and conduct in‑person or video interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Prepare hiring forecasts as part of strategic planning.
• Document recruitment processes and maintain relationships with candidates and past applicants.
• Develop hiring strategies aligned with industry trends and stay informed of field advancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist or in a similar recruiting role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑department collaboration.
• Ability to devise hiring strategies, define job profiles and maintain candidate pipelines.

• Proficiency with Oracle Taleo.
