About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support global recruitment efforts and source skilled independent contractors across multiple regions. Based in the United Arab Emirates, you will work in an international environment, handling high‑volume hiring for linguist roles and ensuring a seamless candidate experience worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and recruit independent contractors based on language and business needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct interviews, assess language skills and overall suitability.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from discovery to onboarding.
• Support high‑volume hiring while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing requirements.
• Conduct market research and nurture relationships with potential candidates.
• Track recruitment activities and analyze hiring metrics.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment processes independently.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones.
• Previous experience recruiting freelancers or international talent is a plus.
