Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SKM Air Conditioning, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of positions across our industrial manufacturing operations. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top‑tier talent that fuels our growth in the HVAC sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for production, engineering, quality, supply‑chain, and corporate roles.
• Write and publish compelling job descriptions that highlight SKM as an employer of choice.
• Screen candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, coordinate hiring‑manager interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Extend offers, negotiate terms, and oversee pre‑employment onboarding.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry job boards, and professional networks.
• Develop relationships with technical colleges, engineering universities, and trade associations to source emerging talent.
• Represent SKM at career fairs, industry events, and networking forums.
• Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and recruitment trends.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate regular reporting for leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of technical and engineering job families.
• Ability to partner strategically with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with attention to detail in reporting.
