Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

JetEx Logistics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across its aviation and logistics operations in the United Arab Emirates. The role will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess and hire high‑quality talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft market‑relevant job descriptions.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job portals, professional networks and direct outreach.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to build pipelines for current and future roles.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, assessments and feedback with senior leadership.
• Manage reference checks, salary discussions and offer preparation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports and candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system.
• Support pre‑employment onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum two years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in aviation, logistics or related sectors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
