Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Our client, a leading real‑estate organization, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle across sales, corporate and operational functions. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines and enhance the employer brand in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking and headhunting.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for sales, leasing, property management, facilities and corporate roles.
• Track recruitment metrics, ensure a positive candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in real‑estate, property development, construction or property management.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools and interview best practices.
• Familiarity with UAE labour‑market trends and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and ability to handle multiple vacancies.
