About the role

This is a full‑time, on‑site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role manages recruitment activities and supports alignment between talent needs and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sourcing, application screening, interviews, and hiring coordination for agency positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and develop and post job descriptions.
• Maintain the talent pipeline and support a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Contribute to employer branding and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment data and reports to inform hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations teams on talent needs.

Required profile

• Expertise in full‑life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
• Experience in hiring and interviewing to assess skills, culture fit, and role suitability.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• UAE real‑estate or professional services experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
