Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

CBA Real Estate is a fast‑growing Dubai brokerage focused on performance, market intelligence and high‑level client service. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the continued growth of our team in Dubai, handling sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing and coordinating candidates, especially real‑estate professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with management
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
• Support offers, onboarding, and hiring follow‑up
• Assist with recruitment for real‑estate agents and other company roles

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• UAE recruitment experience preferred
• Real‑estate recruitment experience is an advantage
• Strong English communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and confident in candidate outreach
