About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, and support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent for a fast‑growing real‑estate company.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
• Coordinate and manage the hiring workflow, including offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ATS data.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction strategies within the real‑estate sector.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real‑estate recruitment.
• Proven full‑life‑cycle recruiting skills across multiple functions.
• Experience with offer management, onboarding coordination, and interview techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic HR documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
