Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for SRJ REAL ESTATE across the UAE. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on sourcing, assessing and hiring talent to support the company’s growth in real‑estate investment and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes for diverse roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, draft job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and enhance employer branding to attract top talent.
• Organise interviews, support offer negotiation and facilitate smooth onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics, ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
• Continuously improve recruitment strategies to align with business growth objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience recruiting for real‑estate consultants, agents, admin, marketing and sales teams.
• Strong full‑life‑cycle recruiting, interviewing and hiring expertise.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms and MS Office tools.
• Solid knowledge of UAE labour regulations; HR‑related degree or MBA preferred.
