About the role
Mohammed Rasool Khoory & Sons is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition specialist to join its team. The role supports recruitment, onboarding new employees, maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate the hiring process and prepare offer letters.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
- Address employee queries and support other day-to-day HR operations.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant talent acquisition or recruitment experience in the UAE.
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR management or an equivalent academic qualification.
- Experience recruiting for retail, corporate or hospitality positions is preferred.
