Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

A rapidly growing property management company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role covers the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, and is central to meeting the staffing needs of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of candidates.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across levels and departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and share insights on talent availability and market trends.
• Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media and the company website.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Negotiate offers and prepare employment contracts with the HR and legal teams.
• Support employer branding through social media and networking events.
• Maintain recruitment data and produce reports on hiring metrics and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in property management or real estate.
• Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and hiring practices.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality; professional demeanor.
