Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate (Arabic/English)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with solid real‑estate experience to source, engage and hire top‑performing agents, brokers and managers across the Middle East. The role focuses on building a strong pipeline of qualified professionals and supporting the company’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and recruit real‑estate agents, brokers, sales managers and support staff.
• Develop and maintain a qualified talent pipeline using job boards, social media, networking events, referrals and direct headhunting.
• Conduct screening interviews, assess cultural fit and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports.
• Promote the employer brand and value proposition in the GCC markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within real‑estate.
• Strong knowledge of the real‑estate market and existing network in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and GCC.
• Fluent in Arabic or English (native‑level English preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Social media recruitment techniques.
