Richmond Properties is expanding rapidly in the UAE real‑estate market and seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high‑volume hiring for its sales and operational teams in Dubai. The role is ideal for a recruiter with solid experience in real‑estate talent sourcing who can deliver a seamless candidate experience while supporting senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer management.
• Drive high‑volume hiring for sales, corporate and operational positions.
• Design and publish targeted recruitment campaigns and compelling job ads.
• Conduct professional interviews, assessments and reference checks.
• Maintain clear communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Coordinate onboarding, visa processing and ensure all compliance documentation is completed.
• Track recruitment metrics, produce accurate reports and provide monthly updates to management.
• Enhance Richmond Properties’ employer brand via social media, events and recruitment initiatives.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment, preferably within real‑estate or sales‑driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real‑estate recruitment market and labour law.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational abilities.
• Results‑driven, professional and candidate‑focused attitude.
