Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Abu Dhabi. You will drive recruitment strategies, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding top‑tier talent for our fast‑paced real‑estate business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from drafting job descriptions to offer negotiation.
• Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, social media and professional networks to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Ensure a seamless, professional, and positive experience for all candidates throughout interview and onboarding.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting company culture and values to attract high‑quality applicants.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with local labour laws.
• Assist in the smooth transition and onboarding of new hires.

Required profile

• 2–4 years proven talent acquisition experience (real‑estate experience a strong plus).
• HR certification such as PHR, CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Multilingual proficiency – fluent English mandatory; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin) desirable.
• Knowledge of the Middle East recruitment landscape and UAE labour laws preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with HR databases.
