Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technology, Media & Content

About the role

We are seeking a fast, experienced, and highly resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high‑volume hiring across technology, media, editorial, video, content, marketing, and digital functions. This hands‑on role involves sourcing, screening, and moving candidates through the hiring process quickly, supporting global hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for a wide range of technical and creative roles.
• Source global talent across multiple countries, time zones, and talent categories.
• Build proactive candidate pipelines rather than relying solely on job applications.
• Contact a high volume of candidates daily and keep pipelines moving swiftly.
• Adapt sourcing strategies quickly for new technical and non‑technical roles.
• Screen candidates using CVs, portfolios, GitHub profiles, showreels, writing samples, and practical experience.
• Coordinate interviews, technical assessments, follow‑ups, and hiring steps with speed and precision.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
• Collaborate directly with leadership and hiring managers on urgent hiring priorities.
• Identify new sourcing channels and continuously improve hiring speed and candidate quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Strong experience recruiting for technology roles such as software engineering, DevOps, QA, AI/ML, data, product, or IT.
• Proven experience recruiting for media, editorial, video, content, marketing, or digital positions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume recruitment (10–15+ open positions per week).
