Talent Delivery Manager

About the role

The Talent Delivery Manager will own end‑to‑end delivery of technology talent for key Quantum Talent accounts, focusing on high‑volume contract staffing. The role blends client ownership with hands‑on recruitment, requiring sourcing, pipeline building and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Own recruitment delivery across one or more strategic Quantum Talent accounts.
• Act as the day‑to‑day delivery contact for clients, understanding hiring plans, priorities and timelines.
• Personally source, headhunt, screen and qualify technology candidates.
• Deliver high‑volume staffing projects involving multiple technical skill sets and tight mobilisation deadlines.
• Build structured talent pipelines across Data & AI, Software Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure.
• Translate technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies and quickly identify the right candidate market.
• Coordinate multiple open requirements simultaneously, prioritising critical roles and maintaining delivery momentum.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle from engagement to onboarding and deployment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on Digital & Technology roles.
• Proven track record recruiting across disciplines such as Data & AI, Software Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, Cybersecurity, Digital, Product and IT Infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑volume technology staffing projects while managing multiple concurrent vacancies and pipelines.
• Strong hands‑on sourcing and headhunting capability, with a results‑driven, fast‑paced approach.
