Talent Executive – Events & Experiential

About the role

Motivate Media Group is seeking a dynamic Talent Executive to manage and coordinate talent for events, content shoots, brand partnerships, and media campaigns across the Middle East. The role blends influencer relations, event production, and sales responsibilities, requiring a proactive and organized professional.

Key responsibilities

• Source and liaise with celebrities, influencers, speakers and special guests for events and media collaborations.
• Coordinate talent logistics including bookings, contracts, travel, accommodation and on‑site requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with talent agents, managers and PR representatives.
• Negotiate talent fees and deliverables within event or campaign budgets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date talent databases and ensure timely communication before and after engagements.
• Create talent briefs, itineraries and call sheets for internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with Events, Editorial and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Represent the brand professionally while hosting or managing talent during events or shoots.
• Produce and upload content across the website and social platforms.
• Track sales pipelines, forecast revenue and report performance to management.
• Lead talent on‑site at events and cover events on social channels.
• Achieve sales targets for projects, artist sign‑ups and live ticketed events.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in talent management or an entertainment company in the UAE.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities, especially under pressure.
• Good negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle VIP talent with discretion.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced team.
