Talent Management & Succession Planning Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, people‑focused Talent Management & Succession Planning professional to lead talent identification, succession planning, leadership development and organizational capability initiatives across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design and maintain succession planning frameworks for critical and leadership positions.
• Identify high‑potential employees through structured talent reviews and assessments.
• Partner with business leaders to create talent pools, career pathways and internal mobility programs.
• Use talent analytics and workforce data to produce dashboards, reports and metrics for senior leadership.
• Coordinate assessment centres, psychometric assessments and leadership evaluations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent management, succession planning or related HR functions.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret talent and workforce data.
• Experience working with senior leaders and business stakeholders on people strategies.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
