Tax Accountant

About the role

The Tax Accountant will work on-site in Dubai, preparing and reviewing tax returns for the real‑estate sector while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns and ensure timely, accurate filings.
• Maintain compliance with tax regulations, VAT, corporate tax and e‑invoicing requirements.
• Analyze financial statements and reconcile accounts.
• Identify tax‑saving opportunities and support audits or tax inspections.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide clear tax guidance.

Required profile

• Strong skills in tax compliance and tax preparation.
• Solid knowledge of tax regulations, VAT, corporate tax and e‑invoicing.
• Ability to work with financial statements and interpret financial data.
• Core accounting skills including general ledger and reconciliations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, ACCA or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience in tax accounting within real‑estate or property‑management preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication and collaborative work style on‑site in Dubai.

• Salary range AED 2,500 to 4,000 per year plus bonuses and air ticket.
