Tax Compliance Coordination Analyst – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Compliance Coordination Analyst to join a regional finance team in Dubai. The role focuses on coordinating tax compliance activities across multiple entities and jurisdictions, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring tax compliance activities across entities and jurisdictions.
• Maintain tax calendars, monitor filing, payment and reporting deadlines.
• Track deliverables and follow up with internal stakeholders.
• Review tax calculations and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Consolidate compliance updates and exceptions for management reporting.
• Act as central contact between Dubai head office, regional tax teams and local finance functions.
• Support standardisation of tax processes, policies and reporting standards.
• Maintain organised records of tax returns, payments and calculations, ensuring audit‑readiness.
• Assist auditors, tax authorities and external advisors by providing required information.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑5 years experience in accounting, finance operations, financial reporting or tax compliance.
• Experience in a multinational or multi‑entity environment is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of accounting records and documentation.
• Exposure to VAT, corporate tax or withholding tax compliance.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with reporting tools.
