Tax Compliance Coordination Analyst

About the role

The Tax Compliance Coordination Analyst will join a regional finance team in Dubai, supporting a large multinational organisation. The role focuses on coordinating tax compliance activities across multiple entities and jurisdictions, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is audit‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring tax compliance activities across entities and jurisdictions, maintaining tax calendars and monitoring filing, payment and reporting deadlines.
• Review tax calculations, supporting schedules and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Act as the central point of contact between the Dubai head office, regional tax teams and local finance functions.
• Collect, consolidate and maintain tax returns, payment confirmations and related documents, ensuring they are audit‑ready.
• Support auditors, tax authorities and external advisors by providing required information.
• Implement standard templates, filing procedures and documentation controls across entities.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks and data quality issues, recommending practical process improvements.
• Assist with data collection and reporting related to transfer pricing and intercompany activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, financial reporting or tax compliance.
• Experience in a multinational or multi‑entity environment is advantageous.
• Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial records and documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with teams across different locations.
