About the role
A leading international law firm is seeking a Tax Litigation Lawyer for its Dubai office. The role involves advising clients on tax disputes, drafting legal submissions and opinions, and collaborating with senior lawyers on high‑value, cross‑border cases across the UAE and the wider Middle East.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on a range of tax disputes and litigation matters.
- Draft legal submissions, opinions and other court documents.
- Work closely with senior lawyers and clients on complex, high‑value cases.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer with Jordanian or Egyptian legal background.
- Experience in tax disputes, litigation or contentious matters.
- Strong litigation and legal drafting skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to provide clear, commercially focused advice.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Experience at a reputable law firm and exposure to cross‑border or commercial disputes (advantageous).
