Tax Operations Analyst (UAE Nationals)

About the role

KPMG Middle East is seeking a Tax Operations Analyst to support the tax team in Dubai. The role involves handling project codes, billing, invoicing, financial planning, and risk support. This position is open to UAE nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Review all related documents and details such as approvals, risk checks, client evaluations, engagement letters, billing & revenue, and CRM data.
• Generate JSRs and make amendments to project codes as requested by the project team.
• Assist with processing departmental, inter‑firm, subcontractor, client and supplier invoices, obtaining necessary approvals.
• Ensure timely billing of services by coordinating with engagement managers.
• Support the FP&A Lead in preparing reports on WIP debtors and follow up on ageing WIP and debtor invoices.
• Follow up with client and member firms on ageing invoices.
• Provide daily support to the risk team and help create and close opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Proven administration experience within a financial services firm.
