Tax Technology & Transformation Manager (Dubai)

About the role

The Tax Technology & Transformation Manager is a client‑facing delivery role that translates corporate and indirect tax compliance requirements into technology‑enabled solutions. Working with client Tax, Finance and Technology teams, the manager designs, builds, tests and deploys solutions across corporate tax, indirect tax, eInvoicing and AI use cases to improve accuracy, timeliness and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and data mappings.
• Develop and validate data pipelines, analytics workflows and dashboards using SQL, Alteryx and Tableau.
• Support eInvoicing and VAT reporting workstreams, ensuring data readiness and integration quality.
• Coordinate testing cycles (SIT/UAT), manage defects and prepare release readiness documentation.
• Assist AI/GenAI use‑case delivery by preparing training data, defining acceptance criteria and supporting user adoption.
