About the role
We are seeking a Tax Transformations Manager or Director to lead complex tax transformation initiatives across multiple regions. The role focuses on designing and delivering innovative tax solutions for clients, tackling problems that have no textbook answer.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end tax transformation projects for large organisations.
- Analyse and untangle complex tax issues, developing bespoke solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the UK, UAE, KSA, Belgium, Portugal, the Netherlands and the Nordics.
- Make decisive calls when precedents do not exist, ensuring project momentum.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience delivering tax transformation projects at Manager to Director level.
- Strong appetite for solving ambiguous, high‑impact problems creatively.
- Confidence to make decisions without a predefined playbook.
