About the role

Jack Wellington is recruiting qualified, passionate and engaging teachers to work in the Emirate of Al Ain. The school is part of a charter school project that turns local government schools into international schools delivering an international curriculum with expat teachers; most students are local Emiratis for whom English is not their first language, so experience with ESL students is an advantage.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area (mandatory)
• Valid teaching qualification
• At least two years of teaching experience
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of modern teaching pedagogy
• Experience managing behaviour in the classroom
• Able to adapt to a new teaching culture and willing to attend professional development
