Teacher’s Assistant for Pre‑School (Female)

About the role
We are seeking caring female Teacher’s Assistants to support our pre‑school classrooms in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ruwais. You will work closely with the lead teacher to create a safe, engaging environment for young children.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson delivery.
- Prepare, arrange and maintain play, craft and learning materials.
- Maintain cleanliness of the classroom and common areas.
- Support children during washroom visits, snack, breakfast and lunch times.
- Report material needs and any observations to the teacher.
- Communicate politely and clearly with parents regarding their child’s day.
Required profile
- Female candidate with a Cache 1‑2 or equivalent educational qualification.
- Warm, loving attitude towards children and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Required skills
- Organising and preparing teaching and craft materials.
- Basic hygiene and child‑care practices.
- Clear verbal communication with children and parents.
