About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our nursery team in Dubai. You will support the lead teacher in delivering a safe, engaging and nurturing learning environment for preschool children.
Key responsibilities
- Take over class duties and follow basic lesson plans when the teacher is absent.
- Assist in managing children inside and outside the classroom, including safety, feeding and hygiene tasks.
- Provide detailed and regular feedback on pupils to the teacher.
- Support operational activities and ensure a clean, organized learning space.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience working with preschool or school children.
- Good literacy and strong English communication skills.
- Optimistic, solution‑oriented and a strong team player.
- Enthusiasm, dedication, good work ethic and creativity.
Required skills
- Effective use of video tools.
- Proficiency with tablets for classroom activities.
