Team Lead – Housekeeping

About the role
Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre, a 41‑floor luxury serviced‑apartment tower in Dubai’s business district, is seeking a Team Lead for its Housekeeping department. The role oversees daily housekeeping operations, ensures high standards of cleanliness, and coordinates with other hotel departments to deliver five‑star service.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise and cooperate with the engineering department for all maintenance repairs across the property.
- Communicate new or amended procedures to relevant departments and colleagues, ensuring clear understanding.
- Control usage of guest amenities, cleaning chemicals, equipment and linen to prevent misuse, wastage or over‑ordering.
- Assist in monthly and quarterly inventories of housekeeping supplies.
- Liaise with banqueting and food & beverage teams to ensure all areas are prepared according to departmental needs.
Required profile
- High School Graduate required; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations.
