Team Leader – Casea 101 Seasonal Opportunity

About the role

One&Only Resorts is seeking a dynamic Team Leader for its Casea 101 outlet at One&Only The Palm in Dubai. This seasonal, full‑time position will lead a section of the restaurant, delivering the brand’s signature service and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide detailed menu recommendations when required.
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards and sequence of service.
• Anticipate and promptly address guests’ needs throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, ingredients, beverages, daily specials, and promotions.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Prepare and maintain mise‑en‑place and ensure the assigned section is fully set up before service.
• Oversee a designated section, supporting special dining experiences and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fine‑dining or upscale restaurant service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work seasonal schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for delivering high‑quality hospitality experiences.
