Team Leader Front Office

About the role

The Team Leader Front Office at SIRO One Za'abeel will lead the front desk team in delivering exceptional guest experiences within a digitally integrated fitness and recovery hotel. You will act as a role model, uphold grooming standards, and ensure seamless service across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate Front Desk Agents, covering duties in the line manager’s absence.
• Maintain grooming standards and ensure all team members follow them.
• Communicate effectively with all related departments to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Organise and conduct on‑job training, ensuring compliance with SOPs and LQA standards.
• Lead daily handover briefings and take charge of briefings when the line manager is unavailable.
• Provide accurate information on memberships, activities, and services to guests.
• Monitor daily front desk operations, handle guest requests, and resolve issues promptly.
• Gather guest feedback, promote upselling and cross‑selling of hotel facilities, and maintain high visibility in public areas.

Required profile

• Positive, motivated attitude with a strong leadership presence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to step in for absent staff and manage training programs.
• Knowledge of LQA standards and commitment to service excellence.
• Customer‑focused mindset with good judgement in decision‑making.
