Team Leader, Front Office

About the role

Atlantis Dubai is seeking a dynamic Team Leader for its Front Office and Concierge teams. You will oversee daily operations, ensure seamless guest interactions, and uphold the resort’s high standards of service and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in leading front office and concierge staff to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Oversee daily check‑in/check‑out processes, guest inquiries, and personalized concierge services.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest requests and enhance overall satisfaction.
• Train, mentor and motivate team members to exceed guest expectations.
• Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism, empathy and efficiency.
• Manage local VIP arrivals and act as an ambassador for the hotel.

Required profile

• UAE national with solid hospitality background and passion for memorable guest experiences.
• Proven experience in front office and concierge roles with leadership capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
